MACHINE FEATURES:

Our LARGE-SIZED MACHINE MODEL CNC machines manufactured with two different dimension options are suitable for wood and Styrofoam processing. The spindle motor power is 10 Hp. 24.000 rpm. HSK type holder is used. Since tool changing interval is long, it may be equipped with full-automatic tool changing mechanism if required although it has been manufactured with semi-automatic tool changing mechanism. It has a G0 speed up to 60 m/minute. German INA brand roller guides and helical racks are used on all axes. The “X” and “Y” axes are protected with fabric bellows. High torque and speed (6000 rpm) servo motors are used in the machine with FAGOR CNC control unit that makes digital communication with drivers. FAGOR servo motor and drivers are used with planetary gearboxes with high transmission ratio.

The guides are lubricated by a central oil pump automatically and pneumatic cylinder is used on the heavy “Z” axis to balance the weight.

The machine table located very close to the ground is laid using steel or aluminum profile and there is “T” slot on both options. A control and electric panel which has forced cooling fan and is apart from the machine body is used. Standard equipment has a hand wheel with spiral cable extending to the middle of the machine table. The installation of machine is completed after being fastened from at least 24 points with anchor bolts although it varies depending on the machine installation place and machine size.
