The body and bridge was manufactured of steel profile and any welding stress was removed before processing. Steel chassis assures robustness even in the most difficult conditions. The head was made of GG25 cast iron. Backlash-free planetary gear units are used on all axes. There is a material support assembly from end to end on the edge. The machine was equipped with central lubrication system. Spindle motor, guide, ball screw, control rack, cable and cable channels which are the most important parts of the machine were made of materials of generally accepted quality in compliance with CE standards and can be easily provided when required.
